Émy was 9 years old when she started running competitively, mainly because her sister did it! She soon caught the eye of Tri-O-Lacs, a West Montreal based triathlon club and started competing shortly after. Now 18, Emy competes with the very best young triathletes in Canada and the World. This ambitious young woman approaches her training and her studies with the same rigour; her goal is to represent Canada at the 2020 olympic games.

My Favourite Product
“I’ve been using FRUIT2 bars for since the 2013 season. Since Junior distances are sprint distance, I usually eat a banana pre-race, and 1 FRUIT2 bar during the bike section that I tape to the bike frame. I like the fact that they taste great and dont upset my stomach.”Émy Legault
