OBSTACLE COURSE RUNNER, MONTRÉAL

Darcie started off running as a way to keep fit, and in 2011 decided to try a Spartan Race Sprint. Since then, her journey has included over 30 obstacle course races of varying distances and difficulties including snow and carrying bricks in a backpack. Her blog, “Darcie’s Adventures in Obstacle Course Racing”, narrates the experiences of being the little girl next door taking on another muddy challenge.

“Learning to conquer obstacles I once thought difficult or impossible, like climbing a 25-foot rope, has helped boost my confidence and tells me that I am 100% capable – if a shorty like myself can, you can too!”
