I Did a 500km bike trip and used my XACT bars and electrolytes and I love them. They are far less sweet than others on the market and a lot easier on the stomach 👍🏻
This is the only think I can drink after a long long long run. Taste nothing “almost like flat water” but you have electrolyte. Great products 👌

I am always excited to share my knowledge about rollerskiing. I teach people how to rollerski safely and starting from the basics. I also educate the same rollerski newbies about the importance of nutrition before, during and after a rollerski outing. Especially if it’s a long outing. My go to nutrition are the Fruit2 apricot or strawberry bars. Easy to carry and easily chewable even on a bitterly cold winter day. Soon I will be giving cross country ski lessons and nutrition advice. They are always happily surprised that the Fruit2 bars stay soft and chewable despite -20c

The lightly lemon electro2 tablets, the fruit-bars energy bars, and the proKrunch bars helped me to achieve my first successful Gold achievement at the Canadian Ski Marathon (virtual edition) for 2021!! The only challenge I had with the electro2 tabs was that they don’t dissolve quickly in cold water. This wasn’t an issue on day 1, but by day 2, warm water was hard to get. All said and done, wonderful products, easy to digest and welcome energy during endurance events!
....Always keep a tube in my bag for those water stops on long trips...no store? no problem...find a water tap/stream and stock up on needed electrolytes and a little caffeine!

With the constant humidity this summer, these have been a lifesaver on runs. They keep me hydrated and fuelled for every workout!
Good product. I use it for cycling and it seems to be quite good for me. It's good method to keep your electrolytes replenished. I've only tried the lemon and it has a good flavor. I will continue to use this in the foreseeable future.
