Since XACT first started, running has always had a special attraction for us… this weekend we shall be at Sinister 7 in the Canadian Rockies. Not only shall we be telling the stories of the race as it unfolds but we shall be supporting a truly phenomenal athlete, Helene Dumais, as she races this 100 mile trail course in Southern Alberta.

It’s almost impossible to prepare for a 500 km bike ride. You may study the course, get all your gear dialed, look at the weather, train as hard as long as you can, there is absolutely nothing that can prepare you to give your all for 20h straight with (almost) no stop on the way
