Due to the nature of our products, all XACT Nutrition food items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any food or beverage products once they have been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our Customer Experience team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request.

If an issue is confirmed, we will gladly provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If your claim is approved, we will replace the item or provide another appropriate solution at our discretion. We do not accept returns unless specifically requested by our Customer Experience team.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
