Meet Marie-Ève

Living the trail lifestyle. For more than 10 years, Marie-Ève has embraced ultratrail running as more than a sport—it’s a way of life. Deeply connected to the mountains and the endurance community, she is constantly seeking new adventures while helping others reach their full potential.

A physiotherapist specializing in the treatment of runners, Marie-Ève works closely with athletes to help them perform at their best while staying healthy and injury-free. As co-founder of Tout.Trail, she shares practical advice drawn from real-world experience, scientific evidence, and years spent on the trails.

Passionate about performance optimization, recovery, and injury prevention, Marie-Ève also has a strong interest in sports nutrition and its role in supporting endurance athletes. Whether she's training, working with runners, or creating educational content, her goal is to help people enjoy the sport for the long term.

For Marie-Ève, sharing meaningful moments outdoors with others is an essential part of maintaining a healthy and balanced life.
