Fill to your target: Use the carb scale marked on the flask. Filling for a 60g/hour effort? Fill to the 60g line on each flask. Need 90g/hour? Fill two flasks to the 45g line, or one to 90g. The scale does the thinking for you.

Between uses: Hand wash with warm water. Dry completely. Store until next session.

Really practical, liked it a lot more than opening individual packs of gels! Model could be slightly improved as there is a bit of waste of product since it's not possible to squeeze all the way to the top, but overall I really appreciate this alternative!

I bought some bulk Exact gel and the soft flask to try out on the BMO Vancouver Marathon. I have been fine with the little jelly bars so I expected the same with the gels. All went just fine. New on the marathon route were 'NO GEL ZONES' along the waterfront to prevent garbage getting into the tidal zone. The re-usable soft flask was a perfect bonus for this situation which was about 10k long.
